| ShortSummary = '''Team challenge''': Both teams each have to retrieve crabs from the ocean. This also meant that most of them had to in fact learn how to navigate a rowboat; the men coped with this better, getting back first and earning themselves a 30-second head-start for the next part of the challenge. The teams were then split into pairs (the blue team having one team of three since they had an extra member) then had to present ten perfect crab cake dishes after they shucked, sautéed, and plated them. Despite the men's head-start, the women ultimately defeated them by presenting 10 dishes, while the men had only managed 7. T and Michelle were the stand-out performers, single-handedly making five out of the red team's ten dishes.

'''Reward/punishment''': The ladies head to Scottsdale, Arizona to go horseback riding while the guys were left in the kitchen preparing for the dinner service. Tempers ran high when Cameron attempted to dictate to the others, feeling that he was the best chef there and it was his place to tell the others what to do. Josh told him, in a very blunt manner, to back off. Just before service started, Chef Ramsay caught Michael looking over the recipe for risotto, and berated him for not having already learned the recipe by heart.

'''Service''': During dinner service, the blue team's scallops were continuously getting sent back for being too raw due to Cameron; Chef Ramsay eventually came over to the station and showed Cameron how to cook scallops to perfection. However, Cameron said having Ramsay in the kitchen only made him more nervous; Brendan (his partner on the station) eventually helped him complete his first dish. As the men finally started to pick up the pace however, Brendan and Cameron went on to make mistakes on entrees, forcing Ramsay to make them eat their incorrectly-cooked dishes. Michael took over the station in the meantime, but further confusion occurred when Brendan and Cameron took control again, leading to all three of them being thrown out. Minutes later, an infuriated Chef Ramsay threw the entire team out after it turned out that not one of the men knew what was actually on order. Things ran much smoother to begin with in the red kitchen, thanks to T's vocal leadership on the appetizer section (though this irritated Monique, who felt T was being overbearing). They started having trouble on the entrees however; Allison and Michelle were supposed to be working together but their constant bickering meant they weren’t communicating and were giving conflicting reports to Chef Ramsay, meaning that T ended up having to step in and supervise that station as well. Mieka also had problems with communication on the garnish station. Eventually, the team rallied and were able to complete their dinner service. The blue team had to come up with two people for elimination.

'''Elimination''': Cameron was immediately voted as the first nominee, but the men had problems deciding between Brendan and Michael as the second nominee. In the end, they picked Michael who was considered the slowest. After deliberation, Ramsay ultimately eliminated Cameron for his poor performance on the fish station and for being easily intimidated by Ramsay during service.

'''Ramsay's comment''': "Cameron was too intimidated to perform when I was watching him. So I did him a favor and made sure that he doesn't have to be around me anymore."

RECAP FOR MARCH 17, 2015

Hello, and Happy St. Patrick’s Day! Tonight on Hell’s Kitchen, our remaining chefs will continue to compete for a chance to win it all in just a few short weeks. There are only sixteen people left, so as of right now, it is truly anyone’s game.

We open with everyone being woken up by foghorns and whisked to what looks like the eternal winter in Frozen. They have to match fish heads and tails….and no, just no. I can’t even watch this….so gross!! Plus, it looks really cold to boot. I would NOT be amused with this challenge.

The blue team has a five minute head start for the next challenge. They have to cook a fish meal, which I actually did for dinner tonight and it didn’t take very long. Had the fish not been frozen, it would have probably taken about ten minutes. Instead, it took fifteen or twenty, but I digress.

Chef Gordon Ramsay and Chef Michael Cimarusti judge. Each winning team gets a point and then the one with the most points gets a prize.

Battle of the trout: Bret vs. Meghan. Winner: Bret

Battle of the salmon: Josh vs. Michael vs. Monique vs. Mieka: Winner: Mieka

Battle of the cod: Randy vs. Nick vs. Christine vs. Sarah: Winner: Sarah

Battle of the halibut: Michelle vs. Alison vs. Adam vs. Milly: Winner: Michelle
The ladies win the challenge. Adam is reprimanded for using some of Milly’s rice. The ladies get to go to the beach and get surfing lessons.

Since it went by fairly fast, I am assuming Brendan and T were on team trout.

The guys have to work on seafood delivery. Michael tries to get lunch, which annoys everyone since nobody else is getting lunch. When they finally get to eat, they are served peanut butter and jelly fish. GROSS.

When they start cleaning, Randy gets hurt and has to go to the hospital.

The girls enjoy their time at the beach.

Dinner service time! They have a snapper entree and a flatbread appetizer. Milly and Michelle are in charge of the fish.

The gentlemen’s team serve a scallop salad with something that looks like plastic on top and vow to get it together. However, they keep running into problems, such as having undercooked pork.

The girls also seem to be struggling. Chef Ramsay yells at them to get it together. They keep messing up food and fighting, which does not make Chef Ramsay happy.

Things are so bad they both get kicked out of the kitchen. Chef Ramsay just has them pick two nominees to get eliminated.

The girls nominate Mieka and Christine. The guys nominate Michael and Nick.

Michael is eliminated due to the fact that he put a burning pot under the counter, which is dangerous.
