Norman Balbuena (born November 7, 1986 in San Narciso, Zambales), better known as Boobay is a Filipino actor, comedian and TV host in Philippines. He is best known for appearing as a regular host on the game show Celebrity Bluff.[1]


Career

He was raised in the town of San Narciso, Zambales. In 2004, he was a finalist in GMA Network's KiliTV Comedian Hunt. He appeared on the sitcom Idol Ko si Kap, becoming known for his parodies of commedians Rufa Mae Quinto and Ethel Booba, the latter becoming the basis for his stage name "Boobay". At the same time, he studied communication at Saint Louis University in Baguio, graduating in 2007. He joined the cast of the Philippines version of the game show Takeshi's Castle, which was followed by appearances in a number of other GMA programs.[1][2]
