Further, Billboard listed "I Can Dream, Can't I" the #1 played recording by Disc Jockeys from January 1 to February 4, and #1 for Jukebox plays from Jan. 15, 1950 - February 4, 1950. It was the Andrew Sisters eighth number one song in their singing career. No idea who the producer was yet.
