SummerSlam 2006 is the ninteenth annual SummerSlam professional wrestling pay-per-view event from World Wrestling Entertainment. It will be held on August 20, 2006 at the TD Banknorth Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. WWE announced that tickets sold out within three days after going on sale. This will be the first pay-per-view event to be a joint production from the RAW, SmackDown! and ECW brands. The tagline for the event is the "Biggest Party of the Summer."

The official theme songs are The Enemy by Godsmack and Cobrastyle by Teddybears STHLM. This is the second straight year that Summerslam has had two offical theme songs.
