The Bandage

Why does he wear a bandage around his right hand? I don't get the joke

A section is needed on the main page explaining what the joke is and why Keith Lemon is considered funny. Or possibly, who considered Keith Lemon to be funny. This is why I came to this page, hoping to find out why my sense of humour had failed me. As hard as I try I just don't get it. Is it perhaps a joke that only one person gets, that being the original Keith Lemon?
