Lots of material lacking

This article was initially way too much an "About Us" page by the church, lacking historical context. Quite frankly, this group caused quite a stir in their early days for their unusual beliefs and practices, and the article was glossing right over those. They lived in houseboats based on the Ark, had practices that lead to accusations of free love and bigamy, a lot of pretty interesting stuff that's well documented. So if anyone comes by this article later and that's gone, please check the History for any bowlderizing. MatthewVanitas (talk) 12:32, 25 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
