Discretionary sanctions on Falun Gong-related pages

I just noticed that these pages are under "discretionary sanctions." Basically it means that you can be punished if you do stuff like this [1] (i.e. openly tendentious editing.) Please see this page [2]. This note is a warning to you, because you cannot be sanctioned if you were not first warned.
