No such thing really, I'm just suggesting that, regardless of all the evidence of incivility, there's clear evidence of abuse of admin tools based on involved blocks. If you don't see that, or agree with that, I understand, but as I said, if that's how this plays out, that's why Arbcom is a laughing stock. The very least you lot can do is to get the guts to examine all aspects of this behaviour. Just because this editor appears to be some kind of a hero at rejecting bad editors, it doesn't mean he should be allowed to (a) curse unreservedly and (b) block while involved. I agree with your two points, and I would like to try to take care of it via motion first to see if we can solve the (a) problem, leading to a change in behavior, rather than a full case (which may come in time).
