Comment: It is a common affectation in the English language to attach maiden names before married names for women, I don't see why this person should be an exception to having redirects of such forms -- 65.94.41.159 (talk) 04:20, 13 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Is it common to attach maiden names before married names for women? As always, and as requested, we go for the use in sources. When I do a search on "Theresa Brasier May" I get 2 Google hits or 5 if we include the repeated. Four of the five are in Spanish language sources. I get 4 hits when searching for "Theresa Mary Brasier May". So, no, in this case the argument is false and the redirects are not plausible. And if a reader were to type in "Theresa Brasier May" in the search field, MediaWiki would suggest Theresa Brasier up until typing "Theresa Brasier Ma". Likewise, if a reader were to type in "Theresa Mary Brasier May", MediaWiki would suggest Theresa Mary Brasier up until typing "Theresa Mary Brasier Ma".
