It appears to be motivated by a recent CNN piece that speculated "an uprising" could be the the result of social unrest following their flood. Mere speculation. Delete BTW, I think WP:A11 could even apply to this made-up event and I've speedy tagged it accordingly. Shawn in Montreal (talk) 18:48, 13 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Delete If it's based on something at CNN, A11 doesn't apply. A11 is for things like drinking games resembling Beer Pong, or games that are a cross between lacrosse and tiddlywinks.
