Bhouri is a 2016 Indian social drama film,[1] it is a glimpse of woman life conditions in rural Indian, set against the background of social fight[2] of women in rural India. It was released on 17 June 2016. Masha Paur, Raghubir Yadav, Kunika, Shakti Kapoor, Aditya Pancholi played pivotal roles in the film.
Plot
Bhouri is the story of the 23-year-old woman (Bhouri) whose fair complexion and sharp features became a source of endless pain and punishment. Her 'crime' was that her looks aroused lust. Her dignity was seen as an obstinacy by society that brought punishment to her humble life.
