New rule for nominations?

I've noticed that nearly all the first round participants appear to have nominated five players instead of the usual four for their teams (example). Is there a new rule regarding team size for 2018?T v x1 02:01, 2 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Group III Africa

There is something that does not seem to match in the group III Africa: three pools of three teams plus one pool of four teams – what will happen to the 14th team and which one will it be? --85.76.74.46 (talk) 22:49, 4 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
