Is this neutral?

There are a lot of unsourced claims, and it feels more like a hagiography than a wikipedia artile. For example "Julian Marley is ranked higher in the conscious movement of music than majority of the reggae artists recognised today" 62.2.246.66 (talk) 12:17, 17 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
