Plot

The story begins where Cali (Liza Soberano) a blogger who owns the blog, "The Bakit List" when she sees a woman just bumped into a man who enters the coffee shop. In a flashback two years ago, Cali meets Gio (Enrique Gil) who is a percussionist and one of the party goers are having a game where both are stuck up inside the store room for 7 minutes as both are seen pretending they had sex which everyone is unaware of their actions. Gio also witnesses Cali's father (Emilio Garcia) who eventually left both her mother and his daughter Cali just for his mistress and it was a tragic for Cali to see her father immediately leaves them. They soon break up when Cali discovers one of Gio's friends who make love at Gio who is drunk when she calls him.

Back at the present day, Gio returns when he encounters Cali again as her life unexpectedly return and she never forgives him for cheating on her two years ago. With all her pent up anger and frustration from her failed relationship, Cali fuels her creativity by leading a hugot-filled blog called The Bakit List. But then, Gio finds out about Cali's blog, which prompts him to create his own blog, The Dahil List, to respond to her posts. Their exchanges catch the attention of, well, everyone online, which suddenly makes them internet famous—thus becoming a "social media love team." Cali and Gio's unresolved past turns out interesting when Gio repented and tries to prove to his ex-girlfriend Cali that he is a changed man.

Cali and her friends plan to destroy Gio by trying to be in love with someone else but time and again Gio rejects them. Later she and Gio are invited by Lee (Ryan Bang) to his wedding in South Korea. By the time they made a Bachelor party, Cali and her friends has a perfect opportunity to destroy Gio's reputation by sending strippers at the party. Unfortunately, her plan backfires when Lee's fiancee had called off the wedding because of the incident as Gio and his friends discover her motives making Lee angrily mad for her actions. Cali finally reveals her actions to Gio and their failed relationship. At the airport, Cali apologizes to Lee for her actions and wants to repent all the bad things she had done which he accepts. In South Korea, during their search for Lee's fiancee after Cali apologizes to Lee's fiancee and her family knowing that Lee was innocent, she and Gio are in the trees with golden leaves which they dreamed to get here. After Lee's fiancee was found, she and Gio are invited to Lee's traditional wedding.

After the travels in Korea, Cali finally shows her insecurities because of the tragedy she had saw from her father and seeing her mother becomes hurt because of her father's actions and his relationship to his mistress. She becomes jealous when Gio is dating with Hana which she shows her jealously to him.

When the video she had made goes viral, Gio is about to leave back to Korea. But during the book promotion, Cali admits to everyone that she was the one who made the video much to everyone's shock and decides to sign off "The Bakit List" because she loves Gio very much. But thanks to her fans, she successfully finds Gio with his siblings who are stuck up in traffic and knowing Cali gives him a second chance and Gio and Cali are last seen almost kissing each other after she gives him another chance.
