Your edit to the Turkish people article

Good afternoon,

You changed the line in the Etymology and ethnic identity section to "it is believed by Robert Fisk that at least two million Turks have at least one Armenian grandparent". The article in question specifically says grandmothers, not grandparents and the numerical claim is "perhaps two million", which is not the same as at least, which implies more than two million. I think the way you've written it does not capture the true nature of the quote. I would suggest "Robert Fisk believes that two million Turks may have an Armenian grandmother". This is a paraphrase but does not change the meaning of the claim.Bertan92 (talk) 17:12, 24 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Deleting content from talk pages

Please don't delete sections from the talk page as you did here [1] and here [2]. There are more details about talk page conduct at WP:TPG. Seraphim System (talk) 03:32, 30 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I see nothing wrong with deleting a 10 year old page talking about genetics. Genetic science has changed a lot. We now know more about Turks' genetics and that recent studies disprove (not directly though) what the older studies say. Hence it should be deleted. For it contributes nothing to the article and can be very misleading. Buhedyar (talk) 03:43, 30 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Warning

Please refrain from battleground comments such as this, "Undid Armenian revision 866585743....". --Kansas Bear (talk) 17:28, 1 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Can't help but act like that when someone claims Turks defended their own city to protect the loot they got from Armenians. Besides, it contributes nothing to the battle page. It just justifies the French attacking and massacring a city's inhabitants in Asia Minor. Buhedyar (talk) 17:34, 1 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Ipsos

Please consider that the discussion was about online polls in general and that that one Ipsos poll you reiterate is blatantly inaccurate to represent Turkey's general opinion--there's no way 27% of the conservative country's population supports same-sex marriage. ×°˜`°×ηαη¢у×°˜`°× 21:48, 8 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
