Minnesota Hold "Em (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views)

I can find no confirmation that this game exists. Google turn up a few hits, but that's because the Minnesota lottery has a scratch off called "Minnesota Hold'em" (not the topic of this article). Also, there is a casino table game at a Minnesota casino by this name, but it is not the same as the game described in this article.
