The sentence in question is {{lang|de|"Der Regierungschef verfügt über die Richtlinienkompetenz und ist dafür dem Landtag verantwortlich."}} which I translated as ''"The head of government (i.e. the minister president) sets the guidelines and is responsible to the Landtag with regard to these guidelines."'' I'm not really happy with my translation so if anyone has an idea for improving it, feel free to change it. |

Translation
I have started expanding this article by translating information from the German article. As things stand right now, I have already translated the summary of that article.
update: I have just finished translating the "Functions" section though there is one sentence that gave me some of trouble.
