The Masked Singer Malaysia is Malaysian reality singing competition based on the Masked Singer franchise which originated from the South Korean television program King of Mask Singer. The program is set to premiere its first season in September 2020, on Astro Warna and host by AC Mizal.^[1]^[2]^[3]

The Panelist and Host for The Masked Singer Malaysia were revealed on the official press conference on 8 September 2020, the host for The Masked Singer Malaysia is Dato Ac Mizall, and 9 Panelist as a permanent judge is Nabila Huda (Actress), Angah (Comedian), Zizan Razak (Comedian, Singer), Aznil (TV Personality), Remy Ishak (Actor), Raja Azura (Actress, TV Personality), Micheal Ang (Director),Ramona Zamzam (Actress) and Ella (Malaysian Singer) (Singer) ^[4] ^[5]

the costume design was revealed on the official press conference on 8 September 2020, the costume design for the first season is inspired and based on Malaysian culture, like as ABC (Malaysian Icy Desert), Ayam Jantan (Male Chicken), Bunga Raya (Malaysian national flower), Enggang (Based on the bird can found in Sarawak), Musang King (King Of Fruit), Nasi Lemak (Malaysian National Food), Orang Utan (Based on an animal can found in Borneo), Rafflesia (Biggest Flower in Malaysia), Reno (Based on Rhino), Rimau (Based on Malayan tiger), Wau (Traditional toy can found in East Malaysia Kelantan and Terengganu).^[6]
