In 2005 , Scott joined Walsall Football Club to take up a role working with the U16s before moving across to be part of the coaching staff of West Bromwich Albion, working as the Head of Education and Sport Science, before gaining the role as Lead Youth Development Phase Coach working closely with the under 16s age groups. He later worked as manager of the under-18s side and in the 2018-2019 campaign saw him take the side to the FA Youth Cup Semi- Final for the first time since 1978. |
