Health Care

The health care section looks like an advertisement for SNS hospitals(despite a hyperlink been already provided). The said hospital has been mentioned in Cuddalore wiki page as well. Any such details can be provided in a separate wiki page for the hospital. I am removing the additional details about the hospital.
