I'd say this is more of a fork of List of Miss World titleholders. If we should also have a list of runners-up/finalists, the first stop should be proposing to expand that 15-year-old list. — Rhododendrites ^talk \\ 14:34, 4 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Keep It outstanding enough, like List of Miss Universe runners-up and finalists and List of Miss International runners-up and finalists, Miss World is the oldest international beauty pageant in the world and the runner-up from this pageant also outstanding enough.
