Change Dixie D'Amelio as the 9th most followed TikTok user to the 10th most followed TikTok user

Below the picture with Charlie and Dixie D'Amelio, it says that Charlie is the most followed TikTok user, and Dixie is the 9th. However, on the graph for the most followed users, it says she is the 10th most followed.
