Miguel Bernal Montes,[2] (Madrid, May 27 1993)[3] better known by his YouTube name Mikecrack(before as Mikecraft since 2015 to 2017), is a Spanish YouTube personality, known for his let's plays from games like Minecraft, animations and musical parodies.
His videos usually depict him as an animated dog called Mike whose appearance is similar to the one of the Adventure Time's character Jake the Dog, rather than by his actual face, although he sometimes show his face. The fictional dog has become a channel icon.[4]
Biography and career
Bernal began his YouTube career in 2009 with in a channel with his real name, where he would upload magic tricks; however, he left that channel to focus on his biotechnology university career.[2][5][6]
Since then, Bernal studied biomedical technology in a university, where he graduated in 2015. He created another YouTube channel related to gaming content based on YouTubers like Willyrex[7] after began a postgraduate that didn't done.[6][2]
Bernal's channel mainly focuses on content related to video game Minecraft;[5][7] he also uploads music parodies and animated videos.[6]
Bernal created a team called Los #CoMPas with the also Spanish youtubers ElTrollino, Timba Vk[5] and Sparta356;[7] The videos of the channels of team members frequently features the group recording the same video simultaneously.[2]
In 2020, he was named by Forbes Spain as one of "the 10 better influencers of 2020", occupying the 4th place of the list.[8][9]
