Weekly Tropical Update of 27 September - 3 October 2021

Sam (formed last week) is still around as a category 4 (as of 2 October 2021) and there nothing really interesting about now but it had went through a eyewall replacement cycle which briefly weakened it to a category 3. Other news in the tropics in Tropical Storm Victor which formed off the coast of Africa and is east of Cape Verde.

Please read Wikipedia's notability guideline. Storms that are not meteorologically notable or notable based on impacts (affected areas, damage, deaths) should not get articles.
