Delete. WP:NFOOTY says that fully professional players are generally deemed notable, but I'm not sure if this applies to a fourth-tier soccer league. The National Premier Soccer League isn't listed among leagues that the WikiProject Football has recognized in the past[1], and I trust their judgement.TheBlueCanoe 17:25, 27 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
