Does not appear to be a notable film; a search revealed mostly false positives, or at best the film's IMDb and Kickstarter pages (the latter of which dates back to around 2014 or so). Although the article claims to be a TV movie, I'm unable to find any pages that discuss this. Note that, unlike The American Shame (another article by the same creator that's also been nominated for deletion and also claims to star Lucky Yates), this film apparently does exist.
