It seems to be cited in a handful of articles related to crowdsourcing e.g. here, here, and other assorted mentions in GBooks and seems to have a dozen returns at GNews. This might be notable, but it's an edge case for me, so weak delete. --Izno (talk) 20:05, 1 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
