[edit]James Archibald Ewart
[edit]James Archibald Ewart was Headmaster of Coombe House School, New Malden, Surrey, England, when it closed in 1963. Does any user know what he did after that date? Thank you Simonschaim (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 10:27, 17 January 2013 (UTC)
- The only thing that Google could find for me was an advert in Residential Social Work, Volume 13 from 1973, for which replies were to be sent to "James Ewart, Headmaster, Princess Mary's Village Homes, Crouch Oak Lane, Addlestone. (Tel) Weybridge 42255". Also, The Child in Care, Volume 12 from 1972 says; "PRINCESS MARY'S VILLAGE HOMES ADDLESTONE, WEYBRIDGE, SURREY This is a Junior Approved School for Girls, which will shortly ... Please write with brief personal details, in the first instance to James Ewart, Headmaster (CC)." Not sure if it's the same one, but it's in the right area, Weybridge is about 10 miles from New Maldon[1]. Alansplodge (talk) 16:23, 17 January 2013 (UTC)
Thank you Alansplodge. Simonschaim (talk)

European capital with most precipitation days.
[edit]Which European capital has the most precipitation days throughout the year? Thanks in advance. --190.19.65.18 (talk) 23:26, 17 January 2013 (UTC)
- This source indicates that the rainiest European country is Slovenia, which would make the rainiest capital Ljubljana. --Jayron32 23:38, 17 January 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks for your answer. I wonder however how many precipitation days does Slovenia/Ljubljana have, as the page only seems to mention the amount of precipitation and not the frequency in which that occurs. --190.19.65.18 (talk) 23:45, 17 January 2013 (UTC)
- AH. I misread your question. This source states that it is Copenhagen, though This source claims the rainiest city in Europe is Bergen; however that isn't a capital. --Jayron32 00:02, 18 January 2013 (UTC)
- Thank you so much! --190.19.65.18 (talk) 00:54, 18 January 2013 (UTC)
