- Obviously scanned from a book, the image description page gives the source as the 1979 "St. John's 75th Anniversary Commemorative Book" and claims a GFDL license, which is obviously false. The St. John's in question is in Malaysia (not the St. John's that plays in the Big East and was highly overrated as a 6-seed) so I have no idea what their copyright law is, but I'm imagining a 1979 book is probably still copyrighted. All but one of the others are from the same book. In any event, it's the same general idea for all of them. --B (talk) 05:11, 1 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- The image has a logo in the bottom right for a "Basketball Playbook". Is this book something the uploader created/owns the rights to or is it something from off of the internet? B (talk) 05:22, 1 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- I don't see any mention on the source website of the Creative Commons license. If this license was granted privately, it needs to be documented with OTRS. B (talk) 05:36, 1 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- The source site makes no mention of the Creative Commons license. The image description page says, "Charle Jenks from Traprock has given permission for this material to be posted on the CAN wikipedia article." We need more permission than that, though. B (talk) 05:38, 1 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- The claim of authorship seems dubious. This user has photos from Michigan that have no EXIF data and look like they were taken with a cell phone, then File:Rutgers blocks route 18.jpg, which looks like a news media photo (it's web-resolution and of professional quality) and File:RAW group pic with dr ariabi.jpg, which was has EXIF data from a Canon Powershot. The latter two are both from Rutgers (in New Jersey). I'm guessing/assuming the Michigan photos are legitimate, but the two from New Jersey are dubious. B (talk) 05:44, 1 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: delete. However, if one wants to delete all of this user's uploads, one will need to mass-nom them to PUF first. SchuminWeb (Talk) 03:40, 15 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

- This and all other uploads [1] from this editor. Known copyvio offender, has used elaborate lies to hide his copyright violations in several cases (e.g. at File:Ak-47 assault rifle soldiers afghanistan Afghan army 001.jpg, which he couldn't plausibly claim as his own, he invented an alleged brother-in-law in Afghanistan who took it for him; in reality it was a professional press image from Reuters). "Own work" claims from this editor are not credible. Fut.Perf. ☼ 19:32, 1 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
