The 2022 Towson Tigers football team represented Towson University in the 2021 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They are led by 13th-year head coach Rob Ambrose, and played their home games at Johnny Unitas Stadium in Towson, Maryland.[1] They played as members of the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA).

The Tigers finished the season 4–7 overall, 3–5 CAA play to finish in a tie for 9th place.
