Delete. Indeed, no notability despite the page being 10 year old. Wikipedia:Notability (academics) are not met. Criterium 1 could be considered but no evidence the individual had an impact on their field. WP:Author also not met (the two books published in 2011 and 2013 are below 3 figures citations).
