Blocked for sockpuppetry

[edit]
Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Musicfaneditor. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  -- RoySmith (talk) 17:31, 8 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

As a wikipedia user, I have 2 logins for 2 devices , mobile and desktop. There has been no intention for masked editing using multiple accounts. I understand the Sockpuppetry offence very well, however in my case there was no malpractice intent around editing being anonymously hiding. Please help in unblocking the same

Accept reason:

Based on the explanation given here, I'm going to unblock Musicfaneditor. From here on, please just stick to a single account. -- RoySmith (talk) 19:59, 22 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Roy, Agreed. I can use the same account from both devices and just to confirm there are only 2 accounts associated as far as i know. Let me know if you wish to remove my 2nd account or disable at the account level and not at the IP level as I wish to continue contributing towards the Wiki community. As i mentioned in my appeal, the offence is fully understandable and there was no intention of malpractice here. Musicfaneditor (talk) 08:23, 4 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
