Article was created due to WP:NFOOTBALL (second tier of Albania is allegedly professional), which is no longer in use. I'm struggling to locate any significant coverage and so it looks to be a comprehensive WP:GNG failure. Searches in Google News, ProQuest and DDG all came back empty handed.
