Split Open Source with commerical ones

I think the list should be split to make it easier for readers..

Mendix from https://www.mendix.com/ should appear in the list. But before, a Wikipedia article needs to be written about it to make it notable. Gpermant (talk) 15:13, 15 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
