Is this really notable?
I wonder if the subject of the article is really notable and whether it should not be deleted. If I understand correctly, the up-to-date criteria for notability are set out in Wikipedia:Notability (people). Prima facie, Antoshkin may be meeting one of the criteria in Wikipedia:ANYBIO, namely:
"The person has received a well-known and significant award or honor, or has been nominated for such an award several times; or".
However, is Hero of the Soviet Union really significant enough? There were 12,777 people who received it, after all.
