This one I'm not sure about. This isn't the user's own work. H. S. S. Lawrence worked at UNESCO between 1969 to 1975 in Afghanistan, so the photo must be taken within that time period. In order for this photo to pass Commons:Template:PD-US-no notice-UN, it needs 2 pieces of information. 1) That it was published in the United States before 1978. 2) That this photo was not published in the given publications listed in this Annex per the Commons template. There is not enough information to determine either of these points. For these reasons, I think this needs to be deleted. MrLinkinPark333 (talk) 02:15, 3 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
