The result of the discussion was: Keep, with a change to a {{PD-ineligible-USonly}} template. Diannaa (talk) 20:38, 24 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- File:NHSPathwaysLogo.jpg (delete | talk | history | logs).
- Not simple enough in the UK, Departmental logos typically being exempted from OGL Sfan00 IMG (talk) 09:20, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- We only need to worry about U.S. copyright for hosting on Wikipedia rather than Commons, is this inelegible in the U.S.? If not, does it qualify as fair use? —innotata 23:36, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- I'm the uploader and I fully admit to not being 100% on the "simplicity" aspect but felt that it was made up mostly of non-copyrightable symbols: circles and arrows. Am happy to remove if you think it's not suitable. I would imagine it would need to be a lower res. for fair use? S.G.(GH) ping! 08:06, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- It's already at an acceptable resolution for fair use. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 08:33, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- I'd guess that {{PD-ineligible-USonly}} applies here. --Stefan2 (talk) 18:45, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- This picture is extract from a video Dédélembrouille (talk) 13:49, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- How does that call into question its copyright status? Please be more specific. —innotata 23:37, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Photo is not from a video. I took it myself with my film camera. Ducati88M5 (talk) 04:30, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- This image is non-free, like on first one. This 2 pictures are deleted from Commons for this reason Dédélembrouille (talk) 13:51, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- This is the logo of a company that, currently, has no article in mainspace. The unintelligible title and summary information lead me to query whether the uploader really is the copyright holder, as is claimed. SuperMarioMan 23:13, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete It seems that the logo was for use for an AFC creation: Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Wellness Kliniek that was denied in late May. Its part of the logo on the clinic's official website http://www.wellnesskliniek.com/ . Seems to be an obvious copyvio to me. -- ТимофейЛееСуда. 23:44, 12 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete I can't tell whether it is copyrightable, but we don't need it in either case. --Stefan2 (talk) 18:46, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- As quoted on the image description "Photo courtesy Dr Alan Templeton, Washington University". So it's by a private individual, not the National Park Service, and reproduced on their website with his permission, not a work of the federal government. —innotata 23:29, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
