Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Jacobnelson79, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created, such as GASPER ARSENIUS PINTO, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may not be retained.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. The article GASPER ARSENIUS PINTO has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

ref doesn't work; needs different sources

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on GASPER ARSENIUS PINTO requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Group of Technology Companies (GTech), and it appears to be a substantial copy of http://gtechindia.org/.

It is possible that the bot was mistaken and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) Hello Jacobnelson79. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Joseph Kallarangatt, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Jacobnelson79. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Jacobnelson79|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Since you have claimed to be the author of File:Syro Malabar Church's statement in solidarity with Father Kallarangad - Page 1.jpg, a press release from the Syro-Malabar Church, it follows that you are an employee of the church.C.Fred (talk) 16:22, 26 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@C.Fred: Hello Fred, I'm a member of the Catholic Church, where Joseph Kallarangatt is one of the Bishops. I am not an employee or appointed by them to make edits on the Wikipedia page to promote Bishop Joseph Kallarangatt and not getting paid. A recent statement made by Bishop Joseph Kallarangatt made controversy in our state. There are mixed responses from the society towards this statement and lots of leaders visiting him to express their solidarity.

I would like to add those photos as a member of the church because these are historical moments. Requesting you to revert my changes. Also, I would like to add more photos to the gallery.

Jacob Nelson - http://jnelson.in 07:50, 27 September 2021 (UTC)

The problem is, they aren't your photos, and we can't use non-free photos for the purpose you desire. —C.Fred (talk) 00:41, 29 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@C.Fred: Hello Fred,

I have also noticed that the contents which are added by me, with references are removed by another user "Tayi Arajakate" and manipulated the document to give an impression that everyone is against the Bishop, but the fact is otherwise.
