Delete per the guideline Wikipedia:Do not create hoaxes and the policy Wikipedia:Verifiability. The article says the subject is Janet Liu (Chinese: 廖茵婷; born 23 August 1989). I did searches for sources for "Janet Liu" and "廖茵婷" and could not find anything about this person.
The article says the subject's YouTube channel is https://www.youtube.com/JanetLiu19890823. The link is broken.
The article says, "In 2020, she participated in the ViuTV reality television talent competition King Maker III (Chinese: 全民造星III), but she was eliminated in the first round." I did not find any evidence at King Maker III and the Chinese Wikipedia article zh:全民造星III that Janet Liu (廖茵婷) participated in King Maker III. The participants section of the Chinese Wikipedia article (zh:全民造星III#參賽者) does not include her name.
Besides the broken YouTube link, the article is unsourced. This is likely a hoax, and the image at File:Janet Liu Hong Kong YouTuber.jpg uploaded by the same user probably should be deleted as a hoax too.
