Doesn't meet WP:GNG or WP:NCHESS. i tried with bengali name but didn't found any significant coverage. Anyway, there is a ref from sylhettoday24.news (i have doubt about this site), it says "there was a seminar, 17 players have been nominated for various World Chess Instructor titles based on the number received." but articles claims he won National Instructor title?? Looks like it was created for promotional purpose. আফতাবুজ্জামান (talk) 04:31, 22 March 2020 (UTC)
