Doesn't meet WP:GNG or WP:NCHESS. i tried with bengali name but didn't found any significant coverage. Anyway, there is a ref from sylhettoday24.news (i have doubt about this site), it says "there was a seminar, 17 players have been nominated for various World Chess Instructor titles based on the number received." but articles claims he won National Instructor title??
