Priya Venkatesan

  • Rejecting. Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Priya Venkatesan (heading for delete) would be reason enough to hold it, but I've spent quite a while scrolling past this on DYKN and being seriously concerned by the first hook. There are BLP issues here, most seriously a WP:BLPREQUESTDELETE -- we absolutely should not on ethical grounds run DYKs about subjects who have requested deletion. The first hook is a negative statement about at least one living person and probably two. The second hook is...not the absolute worst I've ever seen, but for this article in this context, with the subject requesting its deletion and accusing it of defamation, it's unconscionable to put it on the main page.
