Thanks for your contributions to Bom Sucesso Resort. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has too many problems of language or grammar, it is promotional and reads like an advertisement, you may have a possible Conflict of Interest and in particular, I think this article is about a notable subject, and that you have a lot of good content in the page. Thanks very much for your work sharing information about the resort and its importance. However, the language reads as being more promotional than encyclopedic, with terms in the introduction like "is a testament to", "unique", "iconic", and "meticulously designed". Phrases like "I'm not going to talk about architecture here" likewise do not match the style of an encyclopedia, which should be written from a neutral point of view. The sections also have excessive information, like lists of architects and dimensions of buildings, which are not notable details.. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
