Thank you.

A tag has been placed on Saint-Cricq Hight School requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Jim - Jameslwoodward (talkcontribs) 13:47, 10 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry it took me so long to get back with you. Thank you for noticing my work on Lys, Pyrénées-Atlantiques. If you see any translation issues with the page, please feel free to let me know! If there are any other French articles without proper English counterparts, I'd be happy to help.  :) - SudoGhost (talk) 02:24, 5 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your edit in Ovi Maps

[edit]

You have reverted one of my well-referenced contributions in Ovi Maps, leaving a vague description behind. You had better explain yourself. Fleet Command (talk) 16:34, 23 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Er... France64160, I would like to offer my apology for my harsh tone. I apologize.

However, please take note of Wikipedia:Verifiability: Removing referenced contents is the wrong way to go: If they are out of date, please update them instead of removing them. If you do not have time to do so, please mention the issue in talk page, or put an out-of-date tag, or drop the contributor a note. If you don't have time for any of these, well, leave it to when you have time!
As for the unreferenced contents however, I am afraid you may not restore them unless you supply a source.
Thanks in advance.Fleet Command (talk) 07:05, 24 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your kind words. I've done more work tonight, this time on Ambérac. I enjoy this sort of thing, and it's helping me keep my French skill up-to-date! AMVStecker (talk) 06:06, 31 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:BFM-Business 2010.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:BFM-Business 2010.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click the "Edit" tab at the top of the page and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 23:05, 14 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
