I forwarded your question to Wikipedia:Village pump (policy). I don't feel comfortable answering this question so I'll see if someone else can handle it. RJFJR 00:38, 26 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Angry Sun

[edit]

Hi.

Angry Sun is being really annyoing on the Godzillasaurus article. I need some support in the discussion section. He thinks that in Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla II, Rodan was the parasite, and not Godzilla Junior, despite what the characters say on both English and Japanese versions. I've shown him pics, video clips and opinions from a kaiju forum which prove I'm right. All he does on the other hand is act all whiney and rude. I thought you could help out.83.100.132.71 20:23, 25 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect of Deathla

[edit]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Deathla, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Deathla is a redirect to a non-existent page (CSD R1).

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Deathla, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Mysterians meet scientists.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Mysterians meet scientists.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 21:40, 2 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Atragon rising.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Atragon rising.jpg. You've indicated that the image meets Wikipedia's criteria for non-free content, but there is no explanation of why it meets those criteria. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. If you have any questions, please post them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.

Thank you for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 11:23, 21 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Markalite

[edit]

I have nominated Markalite, an article you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Markalite. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Non-free rationale for File:TohoScope logo.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:TohoScope logo.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 10:25, 27 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article List of fictional locations in the Godzilla films has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not a justified spin-out article. Fails to establish notability.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. TTN (talk) 02:17, 31 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
