Terminator Timeline
[edit]Hey, I saw your Terminator Timeline and was wondering why there is no Timeline 3...? Also, I assume you've been watching T:TSCC... At the end of season 2, John travels forward in time with Weaver (who seems to be good... why is this, can they reprogram liquid terminators too now?!?!) but since the series is set after T2 and before T3, surely they must continue the series... At the beginning of T3 John is not in the future, he is back when Judgement day has not happened... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.28.179.240 (talk) 12:27, 11 April 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks, man. I didn't realize I didn't have a Timeline 3. I fixed it. As for the series, I watch the first season and, like, the first half of the second season. Then, I quit and watched the season finale (most likely the series finale). The timeline I made is a hypothetical one; it's not the official one. That's why I consider the events of the show taking place after the films. I have no idea what the writers of the show were planning. Hell, I didn't even get the ending. Catherine Weaver is apparently a good T-1000, and that's all I know. - Enter Movie (talk) 17:13, 11 April 2009 (UTC)
I know your timeline isn't an official one, but it is very good nonetheless and I found it by merely searching for Terminator Timeline. I don't understand how there can be a good T-1000, or what went into her leg... maybe that thing made her good and she originally was building Skynet? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.28.179.240 (talk) 11:42, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks, man. However, I think this is the end for the show. It'll be left ambiguous until Josh Friedman reveals something. - Enter Movie (talk) 15:00, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
Hi, I see you created the above article. I came across it recently and, having consulted with wiki-acquaintances more knowledgeable about such things than I, and I'm considering basically re-writing the article and splitting it in two- a biography for each, each linking to t'other for context. I wondered if you had any strong opinion either way. Also, I'm struggling to find any decent info on the second guy and wondered if you had a source I haven't found? Kind regards, HJMitchell You rang? 03:49, 26 April 2009 (UTC)
- Go ahead. I don't mind. The article is a stub anyway. As for Michael Ferris, I'm sorry. I honestly don't know much about either of them. — Enter Movie (talk) 03:53, 26 April 2009 (UTC)

Poster
[edit]Could you update the source link with the one for the new poster? Thanks. BIGNOLE (Contact me) 17:49, 19 June 2009 (UTC)
- I use this website. I just browse to find the picture, select "350 px" and then select "Best" quality. BIGNOLE (Contact me) 21:11, 19 June 2009 (UTC)
Hollywood Reporter
[edit]I am really confused on were you are getting these specific numbers from Hollywood Reporter. The reference you provided doesn't give any specific numbers or really any order to the top ten. BOVINEBOY2008 03:12, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
- Hollywood Reporter has the updated international figures. For example, it has the international gross for Terminator Salvation as $220 million, while Mojo has it at $201,543,644, which is false. The latter hasn't counted the internatonal figures for last weekend's gross yet. - Enter Movie (talk) 03:16, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
- But how are you getting the total grosses? BOVINEBOY2008 03:18, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
- I took the domestic grosses from Mojo, which is obviously the most recent, and added it with the most recent reports of the international takings, which are from HR. So, yes, I used my computer calculator to individually add the grossings for each film. - Enter Movie (talk) 03:21, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
- You really should wait until those numbers are confirmed. Wikipedia is based on verifiability and the numbers you provided are not verified by the source. BOVINEBOY2008 03:31, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
- How can you argue the Hollywood Reporter's reliability? It's one of the two major trade publications (with Variety) in the American entertainment industry. If anything, it's the most reliable source there is. - Enter Movie (talk) 03:34, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
- I'm not saying is unreliable, I'm saying the numbers you provided aren't verifiable. First, you are using truncated numbers in your sums, which isn't accurate, but an approximation. And second, please wait until the sums are posted somewhere, whether through Reporter or otherwise. BOVINEBOY2008 03:37, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
- Well, if you think about it, the gross for, say, Terminator Salvation, which I'm most familiar with, as $342,080,084 is closer to the actual gross than $323,623,728. HR is usually the first source to get the international B.O. figures, and they're usually right in the ballpark. Wikipedia tries to stay as close to reliable as possible. - Enter Movie (talk) 03:43, 1 July 2009 (UTC)
- It is most likely true; I just ask that you wait until a "worldwide gross" is confirmed. BOVINEBOY2008 03:50, 1 July 2009 (UTC)

Lovely Bones teaser onesheet
[edit]I wasn't the one who removed it from the article, but for starters the image page could have an actual attributed source somewhere online. Yes, you could get it from Paramount, but we don't work that way here. Without it, for all we know you could have made it up yourself. Daniel Case (talk) 02:57, 24 July 2009 (UTC)
- I actually got it from here. Hope that helps. - Enter Movie (talk) 03:00, 24 July 2009 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free media (File:Pazuzu.jpg)
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Pazuzu.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. The WikiProject Saw Newsletter
Issue V - September 2009 | |
|
Welcome to the fifth issue of the WikiProject Saw's newsletter! Use this newsletter as a mechanism to inform yourselves about progress at the project and please be inspired to take more active roles in what we do. It happens once a year... the Friday before Halloween... yes, the sixth Saw is less than a month away from release. Seeing as there is already a director and writers attached (See Here), VI will most likely not be the final entry to the series. Saw VI will be released in theaters on October 23rd. Also, a Saw first, a video game is coming to join the Saw family. Not based on any movie in particular, the game has an original story set between the first and second Saw films. The game will release alongside Saw VI in October. We would encourage all members to get more involved and if you are wondering what with, please ask either user CyberGhostface or user GroundZ3R0 002, they are more than happy to direct your help into any part of Saw that needs it. |

Saw
[edit]Hello there, I noticed you are a member of the Saw task force, and therefore have foreknowledge of the Saw series, making you an editor with qualifications to review an article under the scope of Saw. I hope am I not bothering your editing, but I would like to bring to your attention that List of Saw media is currently being reviewed for a possible featured list status, but there is currently a major backlog in the amount of articles waiting to be reviewed. I would like to encourage you to participate in the discussion, found here, if you are interested. If you believe I am disrupting your editing or that my message was an attempt to sway your opinions per WP:Canvas, please let me know so I may fix my methods of bringing this conversation to editors attention, I am simply trying to prevent a backlog on the WP:FLC page. Iron Man 2 poster
[edit]Hi. How come you uploaded the exact same Iron Man 2 poster as I did, and replaced it on the article? You could have just updated the existing one. —Mike Allen 04:46, 4 April 2010 (UTC)
- Oh, I'm sorry. When I came upon the article, there was no poster. Apparently, after Quail18 replaced yours with the US domestic poster and it got deleted, nobody bothered to put yours back up. I honestly did not know there was already one up previously. I looked up the history briefly, saw that CommonsDelinker had deleted some poster because of some copyright violation, figured that there must've been no poster, and uploaded a new one. Again, I'm sorry. Enter Movie (talk) 16:44, 4 April 2010 (UTC)
- I see now. Ever since I uploaded the image, people keep changing it. There's like over 10 posters for Iron Man 2. Most editors change the image without explaining why, so I revert them. I just updated mine with yours, since it's better quality and a smaller size. You'll probably got a bot message soon. —Mike Allen 00:34, 5 April 2010 (UTC)

Your Absence and more
[edit]No biggie, I actually forgot about the discussion until you popped back up. There were other discussions regarding cast lists and the like going on as well. I posted a request for comment at WT:FILM#Request for Comment at the MOS, because you and I cannot keep just going back and forth on this. We already were on the article talk page, and all we managed to do was collected one additional person when we moved. I tried to keep the RfC as neutral as possible but also summarize the basic debate. Hopefully, you don't feel that it is skewed to any one side. BIGNOLE (Contact me) 18:39, 9 September 2012 (UTC)

I figured the possible that the sixth Die Hard movie that was on A Good Day to Die Hard article was obviously vandelism. Bruce Willis did mentioned that Die Hard 6 will likely happened, but it's too early to tell about this possible sixth Die Hard movie and there isn't a official title of that movie. BattleshipMan (talk) 04:27, 13 February 2013 (UTC)

The Catchphrase for AGDTDH
[edit]I got it back because some other countries, US, have that catchphrase unedited and where it's at while other countries, including the UK, don't have that catchphrase. BattleshipMan (talk) 18:15, 15 March 2013 (UTC)
- Yes, not only is the catchphrase not important in the plot, it's not even used in all versions. Aren't you agreeing with me? - Enter Movie (talk) 18:29, 15 March 2013 (UTC)
- On second thought, I removed the catchphrase on AGDTDH since your right to a point. BattleshipMan (talk) 18:38, 15 March 2013 (UTC)
BTW, what do you think of those two movies with a similar plot about the White House takeover, Olympus Has Fallen and White House Down, even though the trailer of the latter is yet to be seen? I think Olympus Has Fallen will be a better movie since it looks good, the cast looks good and director Antoine Fuqua at time can make good movies.
They did some movies with similar plots in the same year before. Dante's Peak and Volcano in 97. Deep Impact and Armageddon in 98. I guess they had a idea about two Die Hard in the White House movies in the same year and they came up with Olympus Has Fallen and White House Down. BattleshipMan (talk) 18:28, 15 March 2013 (UTC)

Grandmaster Flash edits
[edit]Hello, while going through the links for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees, I noticed some links to the Hall of Fame that were listed as being published by Rolling Stone, and discovered that you had added them back in July 2009 in edits like this to Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five discography. I know it was a long time ago, but do you remember what your intentions were with those edits? You also did the same thing with the main article about the group and their album The Message. Graham87 09:12, 21 June 2014 (UTC)
- Haha, wow. You're reaching far back, huh? lol. To be honest, I don't remember, but from the looks of it, that Rolling Stone web page (which is currently dead) probably had info about how high The Message album charted on the Billboard 200 or something. You can remove it if you like. My interest in the group and hip-hop music has fazed a bit since then. - Enter Movie (talk) 19:53, 26 June 2014 (UTC)

I can see that you are very interested in horror films and I was wondering if you would like to review an article I nominated for GA: Wes Craven's The Hills Have Eyes. Thanks for your consideration!MagicatthemovieS (talk) 17:09, 5 October 2018 (UTC)MagicatthemovieS
