Reason the Redirect was removed

[edit]

This is actually a different series, I saw the redirect and had to remove it and provide new information, as much as I could about this series since the redirect was incorrect.Ryokosha 04:46, 2 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Expand

[edit]

I really need help expanding areas such as the plot summary for this particular manga as well as the character descriptions, again trying to limit it to this manga.Ryokosha 04:46, 2 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • I added a little bit of a summary for the first volume among slightly expanding upon some information given in all sections. I further worked to separate info from the anime from the manga. Also copy-edited extensively for grammar and clarity. DQ, 15 June 2006

Words next to the picture

[edit]

I think the look with the words next to the picture is fine, and I hope others will leave it that way for a while at least or just move down beneath it the descriptions of the sisters if they add to it and not before. Ryokosha 04:44, 2 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Characters

[edit]

Hi all, I'm just going to start a list page of characters from all R.O.D manga an anime and may link off articles like this to it. I think this would be a good idea but if you have thoughts please contact. ætərnal ðrAعon 09:58, 3 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Ch m michelle.jpg

[edit]

Image:Ch m michelle.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

shoujo-ai content explanation

[edit]

establish the shoujo-ai points for those who are considering on getting this series, as this may help determine a final decision please. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.187.103.54 (talk) 08:23, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • I feel obligated to note that this is an encyclopedia, not an advertisement that will inform you what to buy. However, coincidentally, I have added some plot summary and character information; these do touch upon in brief some of the mild shoujo-ai insinuations that appear in the manga. I will emphasize "mild"; there's a lightly touched upon schoolgirl crush (with one almost kiss in a very staged environment), and a thief who pays creepy attentions towards girls half her age. I have to wonder if what the book contains even merits the sub-descriptor "shoujo-ai" that you see in the summary box, but I've left that in for now. I wonder if anyone else has any opinions on the matter. DeathQuaker (talk) 01:29, 17 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have added (or at least attempted to; Wikipedia's pages and templates on the fair use rationale are a little confusing) the correct rationale template to the image pages. DeathQuaker (talk) 15:30, 15 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Review

Not a Yuri manga or anime

[edit]

I have seen the anime and read the manga. I have no idea how that genre is even remotely applicable. Naruto has more gay text (a kiss by accident) and subtext than this. Any battle shounen where girls grab their breasts in an onsen would need the tag if the IP needs it. Evangelion comes to mind and Card Captor Sakura has gay characters and no one applied Shoujo-Ai or Shounen-Ai to it. Yuri is also the explicit version of the genre. There is no gay sex or an established romantic couple of any kind. Simply pure shipping.

I do agree with the removal, simply because this particular series was not mentioned in the source, but next time wait for a consensus before removing genres instead of removing them as you please. Xexerss (talk) 20:44, 2 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
