Why there is no windows?
[edit]It's strange there is no windows. Looks to me like the owner removed all the windows so the building decays and soon will be needed to be taken down. Does anyone know why the authorities don't do anything to protect such a valuable monument? 95.224.160.31 (talk) 20:20, 4 December 2010 (UTC)
