observation[edit]

In views of AFD closed (as no consensus) I have attempted to satisfy the observation made by page deletion nominator. I think any organization engaged in providing services for haemophilia or thalassaemia with acknowledgement in the local/national well reputed media qualify to be alive at English Wikipedia. I am unable to create the page of its founder. At-least his foundation of a blood bank at his own small clinic, which now enjoys good reputation and branches across the country, should not be crushed by adopting deletion consensus repeatedly.
