Add a map to show the rail lines in the state regardless of operator, perhaps with historical and removed lines or a couple of maps to show growth and removal over time.

Railroad companies?

Should this page be called "List of California railroad companies? Calling it a list of railroads is misleading. I came to the page expecting to find a list of rail pathways in California, not a list of companies which operate trains. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.171.184.208 (talk) 15:32, 8 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
