Reference for removed when? In Introduction

My internet playing up and can’t do the reference but the dates for the A851 ( previously described as new dual track road) come from https://www.sabre-roads.org.uk/wiki/index.php?title=A851 if anyone’s concerned where an article dated 16th June 2019 lists the information.
